Lindsey Agness
Lindsey is the founder and managing director of Team NLP. She is the first woman Master Trainer of NLP in the UK accredited through the American Board of NLP. She trains and coaches using NLP for both personal and corporate development. She is also an award-winning author of four books on NLP and change.
Tracey Gray
Tracey is a Trainer of NLP, A HeartMath Resilience Trainer and Trainer and Master Coach of mBraining. Tracey has a professional background in nursing, education and senior management within the NHS where she developed and delivered NLP programmes and interventions which led to 2 prestigious national awards.

The history and ethics of hypnosis
Learn the history of hypnosis and how to work with clients in an ethical way, your scope of practice and when not to work with clients. All documentation you need is provided and we take you through the client journey form first contact to end result.
Preparation for trance
This is the start of the clients journey. You will learn what to say and what not to say! Including how to dispel some of the common myths about hypnosis.
You will discover the stages of hypnosis and how to perform suggestibility tests.
Eriksonian hypnotherapy
Milton Erikson was one of the world's most renowned hypnotherapists. You will build on your knowledge of Milton model language patterns and use this the context of hypnosis. Learning 2 inductions and how to use embedded metaphors.
Dave Elman and George Estabrooks
In contrast to Eriksonian in direct hypnosis, you will learn not only how to induce trance using Dave Elmans Permissive and authoritarian approach and George Estabrooks authoritarian style. During the training you will have the opportunity to experience the full range of hypnotic phenomena, including full body catalepsy.
General pendulum paradigm
We gift you with your own crystal pendulum. Learn how to set up communication with your unconscious mind to improve your health and well being. You can even learn how to speed up your metabolism.
Deepening techniques
Once your client is in a trance the next stage is to deepen it. You will discover 3 methods of deepening trance and we will provide you with resources to use with clients.
Post hypnotic suggestion
You will become skilled in creating powerful post hypnotic suggestions so that your clients get the results that they are aiming for.
Putting it all together
We want you to succeed and be absolutely confident with your new skills. The final part of the weekend you will work with a partner taking them through the entire hypnotherapy session. PLUS...you will take away with you ready created packages that you can use with your clients immediately.
