For me, one of the proudest moments of my career came back in June 2012 when I became a Master Trainer of NLP. It wasn't simply another qualification. It meant I could begin training the next generation of NLP Trainers—people who would go on to influence hundreds, if not thousands, of lives through their coaching, training and leadership.

We've designed our hybrid NLP Trainer's Training to fit around busy lives without compromising on quality. The programme combines pre-study, live online learning, face-to-face training, revision sessions and a comprehensive evaluation process, giving you the flexibility to learn while ensuring you graduate as a confident, competent and accredited NLP Trainer.

More than learning how to teach NLP

Trainer's Training is one of the most transformational experiences you can undertake—not simply because of what you learn, but because of who you become in the process.

I still remember the first day of my own Trainer's Training back in 2000 when the late Tad James looked at a room of 90 delegates and said, "Prepare yourselves for one of the most intense experiences of your lives." He wasn't wrong.

Throughout the programme, you'll develop the confidence to command a room, communicate with clarity, explain complex ideas simply and create learning experiences that people genuinely remember. Using accelerated learning techniques, NLP and hypnotic language patterns, you'll soon find yourself presenting naturally and confidently, often without even realising how much you've grown.

You'll also learn how to:

• Design engaging and memorable NLP training programmes.
• Deliver demonstrations with confidence and professionalism.
• Facilitate transformational learning experiences.
• Adapt your training style to different audiences.
• Build an ethical and sustainable NLP training business, should you choose to do so.
• Market and promote your programmes with authenticity and integrity.

Where could this qualification take you?

Once you've successfully completed the programme, you'll be accredited to deliver NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner programmes through the American Board of NLP.

Some graduates go on to establish their own successful NLP training businesses. Others use their qualification to deliver training within organisations, enhance their coaching practice or expand their leadership role.

At Team NLP, we actively look for exceptional talent, and one of the things that makes us different is that outstanding graduates may also have the opportunity to train alongside us as part of the Team NLP faculty.
