Self-Hypnosis Day · One day · In the room
Learn a simple self-hypnosis routine you can use anywhere safe, and leave with your own suggestions and a plan to make it a daily habit.
Self-hypnosis is focused attention you direct yourself. Once you know the steps, you don't need a recording or a therapist to use it. No previous experience is needed.
A reliable way to switch off and reset during a busy day.
Write suggestions in your own words to support the changes you want to make.
Use the same routine at night to wind down and drift into sleep.
9:00am to 4:00pm, in four parts, with breaks and lunch. Plenty of time to experience it, practise it and ask questions.
Why your unconscious mind responds to focus, repetition and imagination, and why everyday trance states (like driving on autopilot) are completely normal.
What hypnosis feels like, what it isn't, how to use it safely, and a few short experiences to show you how your own mind responds.
A simple six-step routine that takes about ten minutes. You'll be guided through it twice, then do it on your own.
Write suggestions that work, use the routine to wind down at night, and leave with a plan and a 30-day tracker.
